Have Windows update display the updates you really need

You take a look at your Windows Update and find that you have 14 available updates. Does that mean Microsoft released a new security patch or enhancement, or are those 14 updates the same ones that you’ve chosen not to download last week? I’m sure many of us have encountered such a situation, which is why we’ll find out how to get rid of those unwanted updates.

Hiding unwanted updates is very simple. You simply right click the update and choose hide update.

But what if you change your mind later and want to install that update?
All you have to do is click on Restore hidden updates on the left panel.
